IL PROGETTO
DUNIA e’ una Donna, una Madre, ma e’ anche, in alcune culture subsahariane, un concetto che rimanda alla Madre Terra; una Natura, intesa come Madre - Contenitore che tutto comprende e che si regge grazie ad ogni singolo movimento (anche se apparentemente piccolo e insignificante) e ad ogni singola emozione, proiettandone il significato ultimo su di un piano superiore Universale. In questo progetto il suono dell’OUD si adatta ad un contesto più’ elettrico, senza vincoli stilistici. Il risultato e’ un incontro tra anime diverse: dal jazz alla fusion, alla musica mediorientale, al rock, alla musica psichedelica.
